SharePoint 2019 - Quick links- all layout options not available

SharePoint 2019 (on prem), after adding the web part, I only see 2 layout options i.e., compact and filmstrip. I do not see other layouts such as grid, button, list, tiles etc. I see the solution for SPO, but nothing on SP 2019 on prem sites. 

What do we need to do to get all the quick links layout options? Please let me know.

According to the Microsoft Support article on using the Quick Links web part, the layout options available for Quick Links in SharePoint Online include compact, filmstrip, grid, button, list, and tiles.

After all my internal and external searching and testing, these options(uch as grid, button, list, tiles etc) are not be supported or available in SharePoint 2019 on-premises. There is no other way to make it usable either. The functionality of server is not fully interoperable with online.
