Hi ishika,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, thank you for posting your query here!

What should I do if I receive a message in the portal that states, "We've identified suspicious activity in this subscription. To protect your account, we've disabled the subscription. Please contact Azure Support to resolve this issue.
- If your subscription has been compromised, interactions through the compromised subscription could be monitored by attackers and result in further compromise. Use the support link provided in the second error and call if needed: http://aka.ms/AzureSubHelp
- You may be prompted for email support, but you can use the Global Customer Service phone numbers if needed. The number in the United States is (800) 642 7676 and there are numbers for many other regions.
- We can take this security step add two factor authentication and it's important to create an emergency access account to prevent you from being accidentally locked out.
- You can call global customer service - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 to raise a support request on your behalf to help you connect with Azure billing and subscription management support.
Few Customers are using the Microsoft REST api Support Tickets - REST API (Azure Support) | Microsoft Learn to create Support request.
With these steps, you should be able to create support ticket or reach Microsoft Azure. Hope this helps!
