Overview of users who have set a warning for a SharePoint site.

How can I generate an overview of people who have set a user warning for a specific sharepoint site.

I have admin rights when it comes to the Microsoft sharepoint environment.

Members of a sharepoint site can indicate that if something changes on a sharepoint site, they will receive a notification. Users can indicate this individually, but I would like an overview of all people who have set this warning. Is this possible, because it must be indicated somewhere in the sharepoint environment who these are.

You can see which warnings you have set as an individual (my warnings).

According to Manage, view, or delete SharePoint alerts, you can manage or delete alerts for yourself and for other users if you are a site admin.

I do indeed have permission to modify sites (admin rights). However, when I look at user warnings (site settings) I only see myself and no other users are visible.

I have read that you find something under users and permissions about usage warnings, but I don't see these there. Well under the Site Management heading. So I'm not going any further with this. Or is it only possible to generate an overview using a PowerShell script? And if so, which one is best to use for this?
