How to fix my microsoft office (product activation failed)

Hi , i need help my microsoft office before this work like normal but when my teacher do something in my laptop and my microsoft office like suddenly not working . i think my microsoft office are pirate . i need help to get back my real microsoft office before this laptop included office home & student 2019 like word , excel and powerpoint . please help me .

Could you please share us with more details?

When you open Word, is there any message or error code? If so, welcome to share us with a screenshot.

According to your description, you have a license of Office 2019 Home and Student. Has this Office product been installed on other machines before?

• If not, please make sure your account is not signed out from Office apps.
• Besides, I suggest you uninstall Office via this tool and re-install Office from Services & subscriptions webpage. For more about installation, here is the reference: Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 on a PC or Mac.
