Hi,

I am creating a retention label for the last step which is "what happens after the retention period ends" I want to select "Run the Power Automate Flow".

The flow should contain a user that can decide where to delete or archive the document.

How do we create this kind of flow?

    Hi @Nudiya Anjum,

Good day! Thank you for posting your concern in this Community.

Per the description shared, I understand your concern. In fact, we are currently providing help on SharePoint in the Q&A forum, and Power Automate is a product independent of SharePoint which we are not so familiar with.

I found a related article that you can read to see if it's helpful to you:

Customize what happens at the end of the retention period

Since it's more related to Power Automate, I suggest you post your concern in the related Power Automate Community to get the detailed help from the experts.
