no wifi icon on this laptop

i have no why to access my wifi contection, there is no where to even select a wifi network

    Hello,

     

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    To further resolve this issue, please kindly try below steps:

    1.Open the adapter management page and check if the wifi adapter has been disabled or not.

    2.Check the adapter and and make sure it's up to date.

    3.Make sure the WLAN AutoConfig Service is running perfectly.

    4.Check if there's a physical switch to enable or disable Wi-Fi on keyboard and make sure it's enabled.
