Failed to upload/delete doucments on Custom Translator

When I tried to upload training documents, it says "Uploading failed. Double check that your documents meets all requirements. If the issue persists, contact us at aka.ms/translatorsupport."

The documents I want to upload is the revised version of already uploaded documents. So I do think they meet the requirements.

Deleting documents also displays an error.

I also noticed that when I click the name of document in Manage documents section, the attached error shows up.
