Hello,

since I moved from Windows 10 to 11. I'm having a lot of issues with my Ricoh printer driver. It seems the driver won't communicate with my network printer after installing MS updates and rebooting the device. It only happen with my Windows 11 22h2 and 22h3 machines. I have no issues with Windows 10.

I deploy the network printer with Papercut Printdeploy. The driver is installed correctly the first time.

Here's below the error message I receive when I click on "Printer Properties"User's image I did follow every steps described in this website but with no success

also I don't have this little dialog box anymore when I click on "printer properties" on my users devices...It only appear if I'm a member of "Print Operators" AD group. Is it normal?

User's image

I assume only members of that group don't have the problem.

What should I do?

Thank you

Laurent
