can I use c++ to develop android application ?
and I know I can not use .net library. but I just wonder If I can use c++ to developt it.

I noticed that you added the Xamarin tag, but Xamarin support has been ended and it's recommended that you use MAUI, see What is .NET MAUI? - .NET MAUI | Microsoft Learn
You could also create .net-android project to develop an Android application.

Android code can call a native library, but while in theory you can call the Android sdk from C/C++, there is limited documentation. You need a good understanding of Java interfacing.
