New Outlook - 1.2023.526.100 - Unable to Move Open Email to a folder
When having a "pop-up" email open there is no "Move" action available. It's only possible to move an email to a subfolder from the main Inbox view, which gives an extra step if having an email open.
I've seen the issue being raised more than a year ago, but sadly the functionality is still not there.

Based on my test, i got the same result as yours, i'm afraid that the "Move" menu is not available in New Outlook preview. Agree with NoOneCan, we can switch to Classic Outlook to use this function. (Help > Go to classic Outlook)

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.

You may submit your experience! The only place to share feedback or get support is right inside the app. Select Help and choose Feedback. 

Tip: You can switch back whenever you want, just switch the toggle off in the new Outlook and it will automatically open the classic version.
