    Hi Nandhini,

    Greetings,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

As we understand you have completed a Microsoft Learn Course as a self-paced course and have not been able to view the achievement on your profile.

Please note that we do not grant any course badge for just completing the study guide. The only time we award a course badge is if a user participates in an instructor led training course where the instructor gives their students a code to redeem for the badge.

    . Check Course Progress

    • Log into Microsoft Learn:
      • Ensure you are logged into the correct Microsoft account that you used to enroll in the AZ-900 course.
    • Review Course Progress:
      • Navigate to the My Learning section.
      • Check if the course is listed and review your progress. Sometimes, the completion status may not update immediately.

    Complete All Required Modules

    • Ensure All Modules Are Completed:
      • Verify that you have completed all modules and assessments within the AZ-900 course.
      • Some courses require you to finish all sections, including quizzes and hands-on labs, to mark the course as complete.

For more detailed information on this matter, please visit the article: View, use, and share certificates and badges | Microsoft Learn

    Hope this clarifies,
