Can't upload the file for "Create a Power BI dashboard" exercise

I have tried to upload the Starter Sales Analysis and the Solution Sales Analysis files for this exercise and get this error for both files. I have tried this on 2 separate days and multiple different times with no luck. Can someone help me with this so I can do the labs?

    Please check the following regarding the error you encountered:

    1. Check Premium Capacity: Confirm with your administrator that the Premium capacity is active and not paused.
    2. Refresh the Capacity: If it is paused, it may need to be restarted before you can publish your dataset.
