azure site recovery

cannot get site recovery working, certificate is updated on vmm, software and agents on hosts updated - this is from hyper v on prem to azure - the event id 30 is logged on the vmhosts with error message Service returned an error. Error Code '8079ffff'

    Verify that there are no firewall rules blocking the required ports (typically ports 443 and 8443).

    Check the logs in the Azure portal for any additional error messages that might give you more context on the issue.

    Sometimes, simply restarting the Microsoft Azure Site Recovery service on the Hyper-V hosts can help resolve transient issues.

    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider reconfiguring the replication for the affected VMs.
