Microsoft Purview Error when Create Information Protection Scanner Cluster
Im trying create Information Protection Cluster (Settings -> Solution Settings -> Information Protection), but im getting the following error:
On browser console i can see the follow error:
Im Owner of Azure Tenant and Organization Global Administrator.
Could you help me?

I tried everything without success.
Resume:
- I have these permissions
- Which Application or Service? Im trying do this via Purview Portal, so i think it's using my user, that have full permissions.
- No network restrictions
- It's Deployed on West Europe
- I tried on Incognito Browser, but got same error.
Anything more to troubleshooting?
