I can't log in to my office's 365 account because Authentificator is logged out on my phone

Hi, I can't access my professionnal account anymore. I got logged out from every device and can no longer log in because of the two factor authentification. Microsoft Authentificator on my phone is asking for another Authentificator to feed him a code, same goes on web 365 asks for an Authentification I cannot provide.

There are no support service in Belgium that I can call to help me, the only language available is Dutch which I don't speak.

I would appreciate any suggestion on how to get my main professional tool back, thanks

    @Sacha Jonckers, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know, the following page can set sign in method. You can click to see if it can access. If yes, you can remove the previous authenticator method and re-add a new one.

    I notice you have opened case. Not sure if you have opened case with Microsoft Endra ID. If the above method can't work. You can contact Microsoft Entra ID support to see if you can get help on tis.
