Bitlocker locked my hard drive D -/i have recawery KEY

Please help. I use drive D connected to a laptop. I used the bitlocker function and everything was fine until a certain moment, One day I connected the drive as usual - I enter the password - incorrect. OK I take out the printout with the security code I enter - incorrect code.How is that possible. What to do?I have the original printout of codes when configuring bitlocker

So I did all the steps - please tell me something specific A friend had a similar problem MS sent a special code and it unlocked. Can you explain to me how it is possible that the Disk Identifier matches but the Recovery Key does not work?

    Hello,

    Sometimes, the Secure Boot settings in your BIOS can interfere with BitLocker. Try enabling or disabling Secure Boot:

    Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings.

    Look for the Secure Boot option and toggle it (enable if it's disabled or disable if it's enabled).

    Save the changes and restart your computer.
