Hi Team,

We are in the phase of device migration using third-party tool. We have to deal with Intune and Autopilot. Here is the scenario- We are migrating the devices from Tenant A to Tenant B using third-party tool. What approach should be taken under for unenrolling devices from Tenant A and enrolling to Tenant B (for both Intune and Autopilot). We need to register the device in Tenant B under autopilot without losing user files and settings.

Could you guys help us to define a refined approach for unrollment from Tenant A and enrollment to Tenant B for both Intune Autopilot devices which are Hybrid joined.

This Third Party Tool should be capable of doing that process from 0 to 100. Native Microsoft Cloud solutions do not support migrations. But after you have migrated computers successfully to new tenant and they flow to Intune automatically, you can register Device IDs by enabling "Convert all Devices to Autopilot" under Autopilot deployment option.

@Prabhjot Singh, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

From your description, I know you want to migrate your devices to another new tenant.

To migrate the device from one tenant to another and ensure that we don't lose user files and settings, we can first unregister the device from the old tenant, delete it, export those files and settings from the old tenant and then migrate it to the new tenant, and after my search, we can follow the suggestions in the following link to migrate between tenants.
