Did you enable Analysis ToolPak and Analysis ToolPak - VBA?
It is recommended to uncheck both options > Click "OK" > Close Excel, reopen it > Check only the box of "Analysis ToolPak"add-in, click "OK" to test.
I suggest you Open the VBA Editor, go to Tools > References, and ensure all selected references are available, no referenced libraries are missing. I also suggest you check macro security settings and ensure macros are enabled.
Then, please search and go to Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications, check whether there is any record about this Excel crashing.
