    Hello,

Here are some steps you can try:

    Enter BIOS/UEFI Settings.

Look for a section related to CPU configuration, Advanced settings, or similar. The exact location can vary depending on your BIOS/UEFI version.

    Disable Virtualization Options:

Intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x): Ensure this is set to Disabled.

AMD-V: If you have an AMD processor, ensure this is set to Disabled.

Intel VT-d: This is for I/O virtualization and should also be set to Disabled.

Second Level Address Translation (SLAT): Ensure this is set to Disabled.

Data Execution Prevention (DEP): This is a security feature and might not be directly related to virtualization, but you can disable it if you want to ensure all related features are off.

    Save and Exit:

Save your changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI settings. Your computer will restart.

After following these steps, all virtualization-related settings should be disabled. If you still see some settings enabled, it might be due to specific BIOS/UEFI implementations.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
