Fail to deploy chatbot from Azure AI Studio

I am targeting to deploy a RAG chatbot as web app through azure AI studio and Web App service. The machine successful to start but application keep response status 500 internal server error. After checking the application log, i found following error message but no idea how to solve it.
Any suggestion on this issue?

2024-10-25T03:01:51.45+00:00 Hi AshokPeddakotla-MSFT, thanks for your reply. The status of the web app is running, all env of the web app seems running well but only the chatbot app fail to start. I have wait more than 10 minutes to check the app.

2024-11-12T11:08:24.1733333+00:00 I would suggest you, double check if you have configured the required policies properly.
Also, You need to have Microsoft.Web resource provider registered in the selected subscription, to be able to deploy to a web app.
Error
The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'can be caused by many different things. You may need to check whole error message including the "details" field; you can find the full error message by looking at your deploymentsAzure Policy may be preventing the deployment to succeed. you can check for built-in policies to start.
It also suggests that your service principal role assignment is not configured properly.
