- Can you please confirm if you have deleted the apex domain previously? and adding it to the domains list again?
- If you have deleted it and adding it again, please verify the domain name which you are entering, whether the domain name is included http:// in it? If yes, please remove the http:// and add the apex domain in the domains list.
- As per the error, which indicates there is a custom domain with the same host's name already exists. Please verify if there are any duplicates present under domains.
- Please enable the diagnostics logs for Front Door and check the logs for any errors related to certificate management and custom domain.
- Make sure your domain is verified in azure, if it is a new domain, you might need to add a TXT record for verification.
