From Windows aspects, we can generally troubleshoot the issue in below steps:
1.Make sure the test configuration is correct and the network adapter is configured well.
2.Make sure the ndistest.wtl.trace file is correctly generated in the proper file path.
3.Check if there's any log file indicates the error message.
