    Hi @Nerida KC,

Thank you for posting in this community.

We don't have a way to export visio shape data directly into a SharePoint list.

But we can export visio shape data to an excel sheet and then import the sheet into SharePoint as a list.

First please export visio shape data to excel according to this article. The article is exporting to a database, but you can choose an excel file that already exists. (If you don't have one, please create it first as it doesn't create the file automatically.)

Second, we can choose “From Excel” when we create the list in SharePoint Online. Then we can create the list according to Excel. You can refer to this article to create.

    I hope this helps.

There is another alternative: export Shape Date to Excel using Visio's built-in reporting feature.

On the Review tab, select Shape Reports. Either select one of the existing reports or select New to use the report writer to create your own report.

Whatever report you create, you'll undoubtedly need to clean it up a bit to meet your export needs, but you should end up with an Excel file whose data you can reuse in SharePoint.

If you have access to LinkedIn Learning, Chapter 3 in my course Advanced Visio: Working with Data is all about Visio reports.

Have you considered displaying the data right on the diagram? Depending how much data you need to make visible, Visio data graphics might be a good alternative. You have options to display data as text callouts, icons, progress bars, star ratings, and much more. You can also use data graphics to change shape colors automatically based on data values. It's a great way to see your data in the context of your diagram.

This article provides an excellent overview.
