I'm trying to log in to my Microsoft 365 account online so that I can access a file shared with me. I can log in on one drive without issues but the shared file is not visible. So I have attempted to open the link that was shared with me and try to log in through the window that is subsequently opened. This always results in a correlation error (see attached screenshot).
Thank you in advance,
Joanna

    Hi @Joanna Vetter

It seems that your screenshot was not uploaded successfully.

I suggest you clear the browser cache and open new InPrivate window to access this shared file link.

Any updates, welcome to post back.
