Is there a C# library equivalent for Financial Summary (Visual Basic)?

I have C#.net web application and I want to use the excel functions(PPMT, IPMT, PMT) for calculating the payments. I was wondering is there a C# library equivalent for Financial Summary (Visual Basic)?
