We have D365 integrated into Outlook and we instruct reps to pin it in the Outlook application, but the pin doesn't stay pinned when they go between emails and it is impacting their use of our CRM. We also would love to better understand the best practices in this area.

Can you please specify the exact Learn Path/Module name/Exercise link where you are encountering this error along with the screenshot for reference.
It is not necessarily an 'error' - the window that is "pinned" for Dynamics 365 inside outlook seems to go away and I want for my team to be able to lock it in place and not have to pin it each time they go into outlook or select a new email.
