I understand that you’ve enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your Azure Global Administrator account, and you are now unable to log in because you haven’t registered any authentication methods.
In this situation, contact your Global Admin can log in to the Azure portal and make the necessary changes to your MFA settings. They can enable MFA for your account or help you re-register for MFA. Since you no longer have access, you can ask a Global Admin to perform the following actions:
The Global Admin can access the Azure portal, navigate to your user account in Microsoft Entra ID, and reset your MFA settings by going to Azure Active Directory > Users > Your Account > Authentication methods and selecting "Require re-register MFA."
