To turn off your PC fans when entering sleep mode, you need to enable the S3 sleep state, which is designed to reduce power consumption by shutting down more components, including fans. However, your current system configuration shows that S3 is not supported by your firmware, which is why the fans continue to run when you put your PC into sleep mode.

You can check the available sleep states using the command`` ``powercfg /a, as you have done. Since S3 is not available, you may not be able to achieve the desired behavior without changing your system's firmware settings or hardware.

If your system supports it, you might also consider checking if there's a BIOS update or configuration that could enable S3 support. Otherwise, you may need to accept that your current setup will keep the fans running during sleep.
