We’ve been experiencing an issue since early October 2024. The news posts we’ve been publishing on our Intranet page have seen a significant drop in views and engagement. Upon investigation, we noticed that some users are receiving notifications (in the Activity tab on Teams) for new posts, while others are not. It seems to be inconsistent.
We haven’t made any changes on our end. I’ve checked the Viva Connections settings, and everyone in the organization should be receiving notifications for new posts. Additionally, I reviewed the Viva Connections criteria, and we appear to meet the requirements.
Could I please get some clarification or assistance from someone at Microsoft? We’d like to know if this issue requires action on our part or if it’s something that will resolve itself. Any insight into what might be happening would be greatly appreciated.
