I have accidentally deleted disks. Is there a way to restore the disk.

Unfortunately, once you have deleted a disk it can't be undeleted. if the disk was backed up using Azure Backup you can restore it, or if you have a snapshot of the disk you could use that to create a copy of the disk

Step 1: Understand Azure Disk Deletion

When a disk is deleted in Azure, it is permanently removed from the resource group. If backup was not enabled

Step 2: Azure has a feature called "soft delete" resources. Check if this feature for your disks. If it was, you can restore the disk from the soft delete state.
