@rohit, Thanks for posting in Q&A. In general, to manage device via Intune, we need to firstly enroll the device into Intune. There are some methods we can choose to enroll Android device.

For google pixel 9 phone, I find it supports Android Enterprise.

For Android personally owned with work profile enrollment, it enrolls via company portal. For google pixel 9 phone, Intune company portal compatible to it. We can download and sign in company portal on this phone.
For other enrollment method Microsoft Intune app is used instead of company portal. It also supports on google pixel 9 phone.
