    Hi Rishi,

Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A forum.

When an order is generated from a quote, the pricing associated with the quote is locked. Once pricing is locked, it is not possible to modify the pricing information on the order. While quantities can still be adjusted, the prices for the existing products cannot be changed. Both write-in and existing products can be added as line items to the order; however, the pricing for existing products remains fixed. For write-in products, the price can be specified at the time of addition, but once the pricing is locked, the quantities for these items cannot be modified.

If greater flexibility over the pricing is required, the pricing on the order can be unlocked. This can be achieved by selecting the Use Current Pricing button, which will unlock the pricing fields. Once unlocked, the pricing can be updated, and the Get Products feature can be used to add new products. With the pricing unlocked, you will have the ability to modify any of the pricing columns as necessary.
