Blue screen for my Win 11 computer

After installing KB5043145 on my Win 11 computer, I cannot log in the computer anymore. It shows only a blue screen. To get it working, I have to do a recovery and uninstall KB5043145. Is it a bug? Does anyone else have a similar issue?

    It is a known issue for KB5043145, and the issue is fixed in the next hotfix. Refer to:
