    Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum

One suggestion is to try accessing Copilot through a web browser instead of the app.

Sometimes, using the web version can bypass issues related to app caching or profile settings,

You can also try using in-private browsing or incognito mode to see if that helps.

if web browsing still has same issue, you can try to clear your browser’s cache and cookies to see if issue will fix.

In Microsoft Edge, select Settings  > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data, then search for Copilot in the list of saved cookies, and select Remove all shown. This should reset the Copilot app and restart the App with a fresh setup.
