Headphones breaking sound during Teams call

I use bluetooth headphones for work. And while the normal sounds like music and videos are absolutely spotless, the meetings apparently cause very disturbing breaking sounds.

The sound is clear for about a minute and then it is absolutely inaudible for a few moments.

Currently I use Marshall Monitor II headphones but it was happening no my previous ones and with wirelessly connected Jabra speaker too.

Also not only Teams meetings cause the problem but I experience it with Slack as well.

I update my system quite regularly and I can't find any new drivers in device manager for the headset.

    Hi @Josef Dostál

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

The following suggestion is for your reference:

    1. Driver Update: Please download the Bluetooth driver adapted to your device from the Microsoft Download Center
    2. Check Bluetooth connection: Make sure the Bluetooth connection between your headset and device is stable. Try to re-pair the headset, or delete and re-add the device in the Bluetooth settings.
    3. Update firmware: You mentioned that you can't find new drivers in the device manager. You can try to check for firmware updates for the headset through the Marshall Bluetooth application.
    4. Adjust audio settings: In Teams and Slack, check the audio settings and make sure the correct input and output devices are selected. You can try to lower the audio quality settings to see if there is any improvement.
    5. Avoid interference: Bluetooth devices may be interfered with by other wireless devices. Make sure your headset and device are away from other devices that may interfere with the signal.
    6. Use a wired connection: If possible, try to use a wired connection to rule out Bluetooth connection problems.

If none of these methods work, you may need to contact Marshall's customer support for further assistance.
