Group policy not getting updated in FSlogix

Hi All,
We are using FSLogix for our VDI solution, with Profile and ODFC containers configured separately. However, we are encountering an issue where new Group Policies for the VDI OU are not being updated. The Group Policies only update when we delete the FSLogix profiles.
We do not have Group Policy caching or FSLogix profile redirection enabled. Could you please assist us with a fix for this issue?
Our VDI environment is running on Windows Server 2019 OS (multi-session).
FSLogix version: 2210 hotfix 4 (2.9.8884.27471)

Our issue is group policy can't update.so we need to know which type of group policy can't update, and error with it
Group policy update has two type machine/user, you can use command gpupdate /force to make sure which type can't update success by run command as administrators. If will show the reason after force update.

We are trying to update User Group policy (Computer group policy has no issue) which is Outlook to have cache mode for last 6 months, which is not getting updated on existing FSlogix profile container, if we deleted the FSlogic profile then Fslogix will create new profile folder for users and then it is getting updated but not on existing profiles, we have total of 500 users and if we deleted the profile we need to reconfigure the signature in outlook for users so checking how to fix this.
Below is the Group Policy for your reference
We did run the group policy force on the system and no error and rebooted but no luck . when we generate the Group policy result wizard to check the end user policy we can see from the details it is getting applied.
