Visio License doesn't show up under Services and Subcriptions

Hello there,

I have a bit of a weird problem. I bought a Visio 2021 Professional license and registered it without issue. Now I played around with it for a bit, installing it on my Workstation but I actually bought it for my work laptop and I can't seem to find it in the Services and Subscriptions category that's in my Microsoft Profile. I also got Office Home and Business 2021 licensed to that account and I can download it without issue. Don't really know what is wrong with my license that it wouldn't show up.

In addition - I already tried using Office Apps download on the M365 Page (account.microsoft.com), but that doesn't even has the options as it used to. And the support article simply links to it:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/install-visio-or-access-visio-for-the-web-f98f21e3-aa02-4827-9167-ddab5b025710

Which in my case doesn't bring a solution.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

I suggest you uninstall Office license from Workstation, please follow these steps:

Search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator.

Then copy and paste the command, click Enter at last: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    User's image

Try to remove it by typing the following command with the Last 5 characters of installed product key (I replace it with XXXXX, but what you type in is what you see on your computer) in this interface: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

If the 32bit version of Office installed on a 64bit operation, run the following command: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

After removing license from Workstation, check if you can install Visio in PC.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
