Can you please share the Service Request number?
Log into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. This is a common step to ensure that the credits are properly linked to your account
There isn't a direct way to reset your redemption history. However, the support team should be able to assist you with any issues related to your account and credits.

Could you please try emailing microsoftstartups@openai.com ? They should be able to assist you further on this and credit this to your account.

You could also try to login to https://platform.openai.com/settings/ with your email account which has OpenAI credits approved, Under Billing --> Credits
section, you should see the status of the credits.

Please login to Microsoft foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/ Navigate to Benefits
and check under Redeemed Benefits
, you can check the status if the benefits are being redeemed.

- Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
- Select the "?" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select "Submit a Support Ticket". Attach relevant documents or screenshot of errors as needed.
