How to log into Power Automate Desktop when receiving an error while communicating with the cloud services

When I attempt to log in to Power Automate Desktop, it fails with the following message:

Onedrive Error

An error related to OneDrive occurred.

Correlation Id: dd104a14-2f93-43d7-9725-72bf4e8b7095

Access denied


On a completely separate PC, it logs in okay, but all my flows are missing and the following error is displayed:

An error occurred while communicating with the cloud services. Make sure that access to the required cloud services aren't blocked and try again.

I've already tried clearing cookies and cache on the browser as well as uninstalled and reinstalled both PAD and OneDrive, but no luck.
