How can the Pen Test results that Microsoft is conducting against an Azure Subscription be accessed or retrieved?

Go to the Azure Security Center to check for alerts or recommendations from the pen tests.

If you have Microsoft Defender for Cloud enabled, look at the security recommendations and alerts for recent findings.
