Could that be because hotfix rollup KB27863823 has not yet been installed?

I am facing issues. When i run the pre requisite check to install the 2309 hotfix rollup KB27863823 It says Error in verifying the trust of file SMSSetup\update.map.cab and it is not downloading the cab file to the EasySetupPayload folder Error information persisted in the database. Anyone help me on this please?

I installed KB29166583 already September 15th. Now Microsoft releases the same update again October 8th as a critical update. My console alerts me about this "new" hotfix.

This article points to the same KB29166583, released October 8th. My question is: the update is installed, but the console still keeps alerting about it, why is this?

It is a revised version of the hotfix, you should install it again. See for more info:

@Pieterrrrman We never installed the first version of KB29166583, which was pulled back by Microsoft on September 9th.

This article you are referring to was the one I used when I installed the revised version of KB29166583 on September 26th. So this fixed the issue vithe the MP and the SQL server. This article has no update about the October 8th hotfix.

I understand that the new hotfix should be available in the Updates and Servicing, but it's not. We never installed KB27863823, so maybe this could solve this for us also.
