There is no outage reported by Azure API Management service on the date you have reported the issue. Here are a couple of things you can check to better understand this potential cause
- Navigate to Service Health and look for events under the History --> Health History. This reports any planned maintenance activities in the past. Inspect the activities to Impacted Services. If your APIM is using an Open AI specification end point or any other Azure service API point which is listed in the impacted services, that would cause an intermittent outage as the update happens.
- If you have used any certificates while setting up the subdomain, inspect the certificates to see if they are not expired.
