Subdomain does not map to a resource on APIM

As of today both or our APIMS (stg and prd) stopped working, both with the same error => {"error":{"code":"ResourceNotFound","message": "Subdomain does not map to a resource."}}

We did not change a thing and the system worked fine for the last year

Was something changed on APIM? Does anyone have the same issue?

    Hi @van Oijen, Mischa Greetings! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. Thank you for posting this question here.

    I understand that this situation may have caused some inconvenience, and I want to express my gratitude for your efforts and patience while this is being handled.

    There is no outage reported by Azure API Management service on the date you have reported the issue. Here are a couple of things you can check to better understand this potential cause

    1. Navigate to Service Health and look for events under the History --> Health History. This reports any planned maintenance activities in the past. Inspect the activities to Impacted Services. If your APIM is using an Open AI specification end point or any other Azure service API point which is listed in the impacted services, that would cause an intermittent outage as the update happens.
    2. If you have used any certificates while setting up the subdomain, inspect the certificates to see if they are not expired.

    If you continue to face this issue even after validating the above steps, please reach out to us through the comments below and we will be able to assist you further.
