How to to fix this issue?

I tried downloading Visual Studio to my pc but I have this error popping up which I don't know how to fix. I've tried installing the package into my pc but it wouldn't complete. I've tried using the internet many times and asking a few people but it was unsuccessful. This issue also occurs when I download Unreal Engine and certain games.

Thanks for sharing us the screenshots.

I find that the error message mentions 14.29.30133 version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X86 Minimum Runtime, but as you can see, you are installing a newer version => 14.40.33816.

Please download and run this troubleshooter tool, select Uninstalling, find corresponding(version 14.29.30133) runtime(Additional Runtime, Debug Runtime and Minimum Runtime) and uninstall them. After that try to reinstall VS, or manually install the Visual C++ Redistributable packages.

If troubleshooter tool doesn't work, please kindly check this thread: Need to delete and reinstall the visual runtimes, but it says that there isn't a source, so it can't be removed, try the methods 2 and 3.
