Hey guys,

I am new to Azure Digital Twins and I uploaded my 3D module to Azure Digital Twins, the module has been well shown and I followed all the steps from Quickstart - Get started with 3D Scenes Studio. However, for some reason my module can't show on Globe View, I have already turned on "Show on globe" and filled out the Latitude and Longitude on List view, and not sure which steps I did wrong.

Here is the error I got.

    Hello @Qiao Lu,

welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.

In the past, I tested Azure Digital Twins, as seen here.

The globe can be populated with scenes.

You can enter the location when you create the scene:

    User's image

You can see a successful location entry on the main screen:

    User's image

In the Globe view, the view is now selectable. If you click it, the scene will be displayed:

    User's image

This location is static. You cannot manipulate the location of your scene or a digital twin on this map so it will move etc.
