I have the same issue and it is even not working after trying work around which @StampbachRaphaela-8251 has suggested. Please let me know if there is any solution to it?

Hi,
I can’t access the Outlook Developer Dashboard anymore. The page gives a "something went wrong" error, even though I’m using the official link: https://outlook.office.com/connectors/oam/publish. I’ve cleared my cache, tried using incognito mode, and even waited several weeks, but nothing has worked.
Additional Details:
- I’m using Google Chrome Version 129.0.6668.90 (up to date).
- I’m logging in with an organizational Microsoft account.
- I’ve also tested accessing the page using another person’s email address in my organization, and they encountered the same issue.
I need access to retrieve the originator key for my actionable Outlook emails (adaptive cards), as it’s not showing up in my emails.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
