check your Azure subscription is active and in good standing. Sometimes, issues with billing or subscription status can affect functionality.
Look at the Azure status page to see if there are any problems with Azure Migrate or similar services.

Even if you have global admin and owner permissions, make sure these permissions are correctly set for all resources.
If your resources are in one Azure region, try creating a new Azure Migrate project in another region to see if the problem still occurs.

check your resource group and network settings are correct. If they’re not, it can lead to communication problems with Azure services.
