Hi
when using chat playground from azure open ai browser i get the error: have exceeded token rate limit of your current OpenAI S0 pricing tier. Please retry after 86400 seconds. I have tried in diferent days but always obtain the same error.
If i send the request from postman i obtain a proper answer but only from browser i am not able to obten a response from chat. Please help.

I am also seeing the same issue across multiple tenants. Here is a sample error message.

The Azure OpenAI Service has specific quotas and limits for different pricing tiers. For the S0 pricing tier, the token rate limit is typically set to a certain number of tokens per minute. If you are consistently hitting the rate limit, you may need to adjust your usage patterns or consider upgrading to a higher pricing tier with a higher token limit. Your solution does not solve the issue for me. I have two tenants with an Azure Open AI instance that were previously working. Now the both show the same error.
I believe this is due to service health issue. Can you please check with Microsoft? I can type a singe token into the chat window such as "A" and I get the error message above. Tokens Per Minutes settings are at maximum already.

It is not possible to launch a support ticket without a support plan which I do not have on my Visual Studio Enterprise subscription. Please make another suggestion.

I have also been experiencing this. It seems there has been some recent change that has increased these rate limiting errors for me.

The solution for me was to wait a week until the Azure OpenAI service was fixed. Unfortunately, neither @Snigdha Kothapally (Quadrant Technologies) or Microsoft Support can help you. All we can do is wait until the engineering team fixes the bug.
