Hi, here are some next steps you can do:
- open advanced diagnostic and start an advanced log collection. Repro the issue and stop the recording. In the zip folder which is created you will find plenty of logs incl. a network trace.
- go to your connector server and try to open the test app from there. If the connector can reach it, we know it is private access, if the connector can´t reach it, it would be on your network.
- download the latest GSA client here: https://aka.ms/gsawinlatest
- If you don´t get it to work, you can open a support ticket, the feature is GA so support would be able to help.
