Error When Accessing Marketing Toolbox

Hello. I am trying to access the marketing toolbox. I have a Microsoft partner account and my boss has already gave access to the marketing material as I have used them before. I am getting the below error. Can you please let me know how the admin can give me access in detailed steps?

In the fourth step in the document, please modify the roles according to the permissions you need.
