Link Microsoft Learn Account to Microsoft Partner Center

I registered a Microsoft Learn account with my work email and have achieved a certificate. But I have difficulty in linking my Microsoft Learn account with the Partner Center. It says a personal account is required. I feel it doesn't make sense. Please help me.

According to the document Link your Microsoft Learn profile to Partner Center

Sign in to Microsoft Learn with your Microsoft account (MSA) and complete at least one certification.

Sign in to the Partner Center Membership page with your work account.

Select Learning Profile from the left navigation menu bar.

Select Associate Microsoft Learning Account. Follow the process of linking as asked, using your MSA account.

Once linked, you can see your MSA account there.

You need to sign with MSA account in Microsoft Learn, MSA is a personal account used to access Microsoft services and products, such as Outlook, OneDrive, Xbox, and Microsoft 365.

Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Select Developer, Student and Startup Programs -> Dev Center-> Account Management in the support page.

You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.

Hello Hoang,

It is advisable to use your personal email. If you change your employer, you cannot take your certifications if you have no longer access to your work email address.

Have a look at the page and follow the steps:

I did you my work account and I'm fine with that. Now my problem is I cannot associate my Learn with the Partner Center, that means my certificate is not scored for my business.
