Link Microsoft Learn Account to Microsoft Partner Center

I registered a Microsoft Learn account with my work email and have achieved a certificate. But I have difficulty in linking my Microsoft Learn account with the Partner Center. It says a personal account is required. I feel it doesn't make sense. Please help me.

    Hello Hoang,

    It is advisable to use your personal email. If you change your employer, you cannot take your certifications if you have no longer access to your work email address.
